Owner on the walkthrough. Crew on the tools.

ICON Services and Development is the trade name of Inspire Construction Services and Development, LLC, a licensed Arizona KB-1 Dual Building Contractor based in Hereford. ICON stands for Inspire CONstruction.

I’m Ben. I walk every estimate, write the proposal, and stay on the project until it is finished. You do not get a salesman who disappears after the contract.

I work with a lead craftsman and three tradesmen who can run their own job — a roof in Sierra Vista, a slab in Hereford, a bathroom in Bisbee — or come together on one larger remodel when the work needs it. When a job needs a licensed specialty, I pull in trusted subcontractors and keep them on my schedule.

That is the point of a small crew that actually knows the trade: the owner on the estimate, skilled hands on the tools, the right subs when the scope needs them, and no 40-person overhead.

Our goal isn’t just completing projects—it’s earning your trust for life.
